We live in a stressful world.  With financial problems, political turmoil and endless reminders from the media, it is difficult to shut everything off and relax.  Without a good night’s sleep, you develop a myriad of unwanted health problems.  From fatigue to heart failure, missing sleep will give you even more distress.

Make your bedtime ritual appealing.  Unwind with a good book or short television program for awhile.  Go to your bedroom and dim the lights.  Use lavender scented sachets for soothing aromatherapy to help you relax.  Kick back on soft, puffy down bedding.  Have a down featherbed under your fitted sheets so you sink into the bed.  Include plenty of puffy down pillows for total lounging comfort.  Finally, cover yourself with an insulated down comforter to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

An inviting bed makes a big difference in how you approach sleep.  When you have a cozy, welcoming bed, stressful thoughts float away.  The luxury of down comforter sets makes you forget the day and invite the peaceful slumber of evening.
