Valentine’s Day is only a couple of days away. Are you ready to set a romantic scene for that special someone? If you don’t have a significant other, are you prepared to pamper yourself? Whether you have a special love or just want to love yourself, decorate with down to set the right mood on Valentine’s Day.
Start with a plenty of puffy down pillows on the bed. Include a warm down comforter with an attractive patterned duvet with flowers or hearts. The inviting softness of the down pillows and goose down comforter makes your bedroom even more inviting. Luscious down bedding makes you want to roll around and snuggle in bed for hours.
Along with deliciously toast down pillows and bedding, include loving accents throughout the room. Craft stores sell scented silk rose petals so you don’t have to use the real thing. Sprinkle silky, aromatic rose petals from your doorway to the bed with petals all over your plush down pillows. Place a vase with a single red rose on the bedside table to match the silk rose petals. Light a scented candle and dim the lights to create a soothing environment. Turn on love songs or jazz to set the mood. Make sure a decadent box of chocolates and bottle of wine are ready near the bed.
