For a simple fix, you might consider purchasing a down pillow which will help you to cradle and support your neck, you might also consider a water bed or foam mattress that will help to align your spine while you sleep. It’s also often pertinent to practice exercises that will relieve the pain; a physical therapist can make some recommendations or even a personal trainer.
You will be surprised how much more energetic you feel with your neck pain gone. You’ll wake up feeling more refreshed and ready to take on the day, and you’ll fall asleep at night more easily as well.
